Customers are not treated properly, especially by one employee named Glory. There are frequent price changes, and when we ask for help, they just tell us to call customer service instead of resolving the issue. This makes me wonder what their actual responsibilities are and whether GSA (Guest Service Associate) training has been completed. It’s frustrating to visit this particular space, and I now dread going there. Ps - no promotion, bottom-self has some dirty chocolate.
