Too busy. Receipt printer broken.
I purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes but had to return one carton because my client mentioned he only wanted 1 and not 2. Staff made several attempts to refund my money on the spot by interact. I was asked to come in a the following Monday to deal with the issue. Manager mentioned that Monday to leave it with her and she will figure it out. Currently it is 2 weeks later and I’m still out the price of a carton of cigarettes. I received zero intrest in resolving the issue. Next step will be corporate.
Only 2 stars, and those are for the staff. Pumps are always clicking off as you're attempting to fill your tank. What should take 3-4 minutes, takes an easy 10 minutes. Time I'll never get back. When the pumps aren't clicking off, they're pumping extremely slow. Almost 15 minutes that day to pump 47 litres. Get the popcorn. It’s hella good. I haven’t tasted the gas but my car assures me it’s good as well. Always have all the road snacks I need and I have hardly ever had to wait for a pump to free up.
I mean I've been going to this one since it opened. But 167.8 when everyone else is 165.5... I won't hesitate to never buy gas here again.
