I am writing this review for a senior person, since I had to deal with the aftermath. Needless to say - on October 24 2024, at approximately 12:56pm, an elderly senior woman went into this location to have her lottery tickets cashed, knowing exactly how much she had won. The teller a tall young darker skinned man told her that her tickets were all losers and she had won nothing, and threw her tickets in the garbage. i needed bus fare and i went to 6 different places and the girl at the counter this morning was the only person who helped me with a solution (bus tickets i didn't know about) since everywhere else either didn't do cash back or have an atm i could go to without a fee. very helpful staff.
