Ev charging payment option not working, I drove 5 kilometers to charge. Doesn't work
This gas station is a huge disappointment, especially for one near Vancouver International Airport. The washrooms were filthy and unbearable to use. No body cant even stand there for 10 seconds. Staff were inattentive, glued to their phones even during busy hours. Management seriously needs to improve cleanliness and customer service
The old guy who has no hair and wears glases was uncomfortable for customers and upset, he was yelling at me when I answered my phone and told not pick up my phone. Every day I buy something in the store or gas as I work at the airport. They should train how to respect customers not tell them what to do their phone. This is Canada and the people are free. The gas station men’s washroom is disgusting. They need to pay attention frequently in order to clean it, as lots of people are coming here to fill gas as well as it’s the closest gas station near airport.
