Washroom sign says "out of order." Punjabi cashier says it's wet he just cleaned it 15 minutes ago. Guy is lying. It's probably been out of order for days. Outside a guy named Julius is sitting in the booth while customers pump their own gas. What kind of service is this Petro Canada headquarters? It's also very dirty.

Yasser's post below is correct. I experienced same yesterday, a 2nd charge of $100 without me knowing. I followed their advice in that post and contacted their help chat, as also required by my bank before disputing. Their response was we can't fix that, take it up with your bank. My bank DOES NOT place "temporary hold" charges on my card for transactions at gas stations, that response was nonsense. Petro Canada, your practice is actually theft. Bought full tank of gas, got my points. But went in to buy $24 worth of lotto tickets & the cashier did not swipe my petro points and now could not give me the points I had paid for. Can management contact me to resolve this issue as I have all the receipts.
