Advertised as full serve and have numerous workers but not serving.
Poor Customer Service I paid the $2.50 to use the air pump, which is already on the high side for self service air, but I appreciated the ability to tap and not have to use coins. Because of the crowded and tight parking lot I had to park in a way that only let me reach three tires. When I moved my car to fill the last one, the air shut off. l asked the clerk politely if they could turn it back on so l could finish. 1 person was on till inside. The other staff member was out next to a car chatting with someone. I'm not sure why this location claims to be full serve. The customer pumps their own gas while the staff on duty socializes. There were about 5 other cars waiting to get gas.. the car that the staff member was chatting with was blocking me to get out. 12/09/25 at 0724 This is a full service gas station, the lady in store was not busy, no customer in the store, I was the only customer at the petrol pumps, I waited, I was ignored, I had to fill my tank. She watched me from the store fill and leave. I was not well, in pain, and it would have been helpful if she assisted. Customers come to a full service station for a reason. This is supposed to be a full service station but the employees just stand inside and stare at you …until you eventually give up waiting and pump yourself …Used to be good service here …but now is terrible …And it is not for a lack of staff …The staff there just don’t seem to care Update: Fast forward 2 years later and service here is still just as bad!
