Car wash shows up in the app but you can't use your car wash card here, the guy at the counter said i have to buy his own private car wash card or use petro points to buy a wash. I already have a car wash card why would I do this. I showed him in my app that this location can be used with my petro wash card, but he said no. Is this a private wash or petro wash? There needs to be signs or better communication indicating whether this is a petro wash or not so people dont come here wasting their time.
Sad to read the Black guy that doesnt understand how a gas pump works is still working there treating others poorly. Shame on you petro Canada. When we were talking on the phone i expected real change but as per the most recent review the guy is still there. That man needs to be fired especially since a gas pump is like doing chemisty class for this guy.
So I went into this store too buy beef jerky. There were no price tags so I told the black guy working at the desk (this was on Tuesday Feb 24th 2026 at 7:35pm) and left. As I was pulling out I waved at the store clerk and he flipped me off. I laughed but then I thought about how its pretty rude for someone too be doing that… So 1 star. If anyone from petro wants to follow up with me about this I would be happy to give them the whole story and identify the individual. Shame shame shame
