Very disappointing experience this morning. The worker there took 10 minutes to get to the counter so customers could pay. Than when I do pay for pre-pay gas he puts the wrong type of gas for me and after 2mins of taking the nozzle off and selecting the type of gas he switches me to another pump where then he tells me to come back inside to him and re-pay. Then he gives me this attitude like I'm in the wrong for all what happened. I am a regular user of this gas station but honestly I won't be back.
I recently visited Petro Canada for a car wash and had a very disappointing experience. After going through the wash, my car was still covered in soap and residue. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they simply handed me some paper towels and told me to clean it myself. I expected much better service, especially after paying for a full wash. Definitely not worth the money — very unprofessional and inconvenient. I won’t be coming back for car washes here.
