To all Canadians - do not pick a pre-determined amount when pumping gas. On June 19 I opted for the $200.00 fill but the truck only took $100.03. Two and a half days later both amounts appear as pending transactions on my cc. This feature should be removed from every gas pump across Canada all it takes is one bad individual at shifts end or store closing to “fix” balance cash/cc sales to end of shift petroleum levels to make the $200 appear as an actual sale. There were times that we needed to clean the windshield and the staff would come to ask if we need gas… A point to check: there is always lack of the windshield washer fluid… though it probably usually should be by the hose where you get the gas… Also, the summer is coming and there could be lots of flies. Keep clean always and no overflow of trash nor littering everywhere can definitely help make the environment much more friendlier and nicer. Usually i always ignore and give room for service and quality but today is worst experience. Many time i filled gas from here with my petro card at machine but today the guy was very rude and refused my accessibility to filled gas at machine, i was in hurry, but need to go inside, his attitude was so rude and discussing, without any reason arguing with me rather politely to talk. Very bad experience. What is conveniency of petro card when waist time in line?
