I find it very rude when staff are speaking in a foreign language, knowing that the person (customer) standing in front of them does not understand what they are talking about.... and wondering what they may be commenting about them.....

This place is selling fake Ray-Bans and fake Oakley sunglasses. I said to the guy at the till "these are fake Ray-Bans you know" the guy ignored me. Pretty sure this is illegal.
