Absolute nightmare. Gas all over the ground no paper towels in any of the window wipe stations now the interior of my car stinks like gasoline and all of my mats that I stepped on need a deep deep wash and I can’t get the fumes out of my car. This is a gas station that simply doesn’t care.

We stopped here to fuel up our coach bus on July 21st, 2025. We prepaid $800 for fuel and went out to fuel up the bus and the pumps were down. We waited an hour and gave up as the pumps were still down. We were told that the $800 would be reversed right away. 10 day later and no refund. We called the station and they told us to come back and prove it to them. We are in tri-cities so this is not reasonable. Atrocious customer service. Employees talking behind counter while I’m waiting at checkout to pay, didn’t move until I request. Simply rude and lacking customer service :)
