Consistently, this Petro Canada pumps (ALL OF THEM) are always out of paper...so if you pump gas yourself, you will have to go inside and wait in line just to get your receipt. I believe this is a tactic employed by this local station to coerce customers to come inside. Also, the stations are consistently out of paper towels, always. I have observed this location every week now for a few months.
The staff are excellent. Professional and affable. A very pleasant exchange. The station and store are clean and organized.
Great service
I am sick and tired of having to go inside to get a receipt for my gas. Just about every time I get gas the printer is not working or out of paper, What is wrong with the staff, they need to check. The idea of self serve is to gas up get your receipt at the pump and leave. I think I’m done buying gas here.
How a fuel station in the Cowichan valley doesn't have even a single pump with diesel is beyond me. Would love to support a Canadian company at the pump, but when they can't provide the fuel my and many, many other vehicles in the region run on, they lose my business pretty fast.
