Employees do not understand how to activate the petro cards even after working for petro for over 3 years. Staff are inadequately trained and when I try to let them they are doing it incorrect they are rude. I just lost $125 dollars due to them not being trained correctly. Im speaking with the manager tomorrow as I was stuck at the petro for 30 minutes and humiliated. I even ended up late for work.
