Force you to prepay which is annoying as hell. Don’t pay attention to customers so they stand there waiting for nothing to prepay. Printer on pump broken so you then have to go wait again to get your receipt. Employees were messing around with a laptop instead.
I asked the staff member for a vape, but she did not have sufficient knowledge about the product. When I opened the package, I found that it contained vape refills instead of the item I had requested. When I asked her to correct the mistake, she began arguing instead of assisting me. I then i am requesting the manager to either provide the correct product or issue a refund. If this is not resolved, I will have to report the matter to higher authorities. Absolutely Unprofessional Staff. Attached the photo of the person present that time. Whoever he was, highly Unprofessional & Useless. Can't Use Washroom, Charged me wrong & Attitude on another level as if he is Jeff Bezos. Instead of all that, please close the store. We don't need such Low Standard businesses running across the neighborhood.
