Terrible customer service, in direct violation of aglc rules, very dirty business.
Denying the sale of tobacco to someone of age because "they just turned 20 last year" and "I dont know you" is ridiculous. Not because you suspected them to be underage, but because they are too young in your eyes to smoke is insane. The woman at the counter should not have a job if her personal views affect your business. Providing two seperate pieces of id should be sufficient. This will also be brought to the aglc as it was a lawful sale and is not your place to decide some just shouldnt be able to smoke.
Not 24 hours open. A couple friends and I were on foot after leaving the rodeo dance looking for a bathroom and snacks. Came across the only place that had an open sign on so we tried to go in, door was locked. The bald guy working behind the counter was sitting right there looking at us. Don’t call your store 24 hours if you’re not. Would give 0 stars if I could.
