Nice enough gas station. Usually clean. The car wash sometimes doesn't read the receipt properly. The people are nice. Not always smiling but never rude.
If I could give I zero I really would. I came here to redeem my points, which I’ve been doing for over 3 years … this is done by simply adding my card to my wallet. Mr Abhinav informed me that I must download the app then variety me to make sure the card belongs to me, refused to redeem my points. I simply asked him to authenticate me with my email …. Refused. Absolutely disappointing, and untrained staff.
If I could leave a zero I would. I was there this morning getting gas and overheard an employee yelling at a customer who had a valid complaint regarding the car wash that his car was still wet. instead of apologizing and just giving common courtesy and customer service, the employee, who I assume is a manager there, yelled and made a scene to the point where the customer walked off in embarrassment. what a shame. this is what we pay for in life and this is the kind of customer service we receive now? I wont be back
