I recently visited this Petro-Canada automated car wash and was disappointed with the overall experience. I noticed a Cadillac logo lying near the metal tracks where the robot moves cars along, which made me concerned about the maintenance of the equipment. Additionally, I found the app difficult to use and not as user-friendly as expected. Given the cost of the service, I believe there is room for improvement in both maintenance and overall customer experience.

I had my best experience possible at a gas station here today. I drive in and purchased gas and car wash, but being so excited I drove right to the car wash and forgot to pump gas. 😬 After realizing that I drove back to my pump. The clerk talked to me through the speaker and invited me to come in. He noticed that I did not get gas, and put the pump on hold until I came back.
