Very kind and professional! Always helpful as much as they can! Great staff. Dr Mocca was wonderful, my Zoey mini schnauzer was very happy and relaxed around her.
I took my dog, Teddy in for his intal vet appointment. Amazing staff, Teddy and I were in and out within 35 minutes. They were transparent on any costs, were fantastic with Teddy.
Dr. Mocca did an excellent job diagnosing our cat with a rare condition. She was gentle and kind with our cat and informative with us. All of our questions were answered. I also appreciate that we’re allowed to bring our cat into the clinic in person rather than drop off our cat at the door. Wonderful experience overall. We’ll continue to work with Mt View in the future.
I brought my Great Dane (who is a rescue dog) in for a physical. I was so impressed from the very beginning! The front desk, the vet tech, and Dr Mocca knew exactly how to work with a large breed AND a rescue!! They understood his temperament, his quirks, and his needs. He was comfortable immediately and when they realized he needed to be separated from me in order to trust them to do further evaluation, they explained it in a sweet way and my dog went easily with them.
