This lovely building, along with the stunning views of the river and Petrie Island and the peaceful environment, truly makes it a special little haven. Since Ilias Hadmi took over, his professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency have made a noticeable positive impact.
Great experience so far. Ilias the property manager is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is well maintained.
I am inspired to write this letter for Francis, our esteemed Jack of all trades, amazing repair man. As I transitioned to condo living, it was heartwarming that Francis was always ready with a smile and pleasant greeting. Honestly don't even know where to begin. There have been multiple times I have been led astray when it came to the blatant false advertising happening with this company. I recently booked an appointment to get more information about building 4. The 1 bedrooms are advertised as 1059 a month all inclusive. Once came in for the appointment, I was told that the other bills that come with apartments normally (hydro/gas/water etc.) We're not included in the advertised price, so the 'real' price starts at 1600.
