0 customer service, we couldn't even enter. As soon as the person in the entrance saw us he said that wasn't a good time, they were busy, etc not in a polite tone so we went to another place and found what we were looking for quickly.
Apparantly they are too good to tighten and straighten a rim with Amazon hubs. I tried explaining it was for a peddle bike for around town(canadian tire special) and it was nothing fancy and I just wanted it tightened after I re laced it. He flat out refused and was super rude. There is no difference in what parts I used, all the measruements are the same, and a spoked rim is a spoked rim. Oh well I'll go somewhere else or teach myself. I'll never recommend them again. Lost my business for life.
Literally terrible service. Unless you are willing to wait for buddy (not Ferouz, the other guy) to stop chatting with his female friends…go elsewhere!!
