Kimberly has just sold our house and her and the team exceeded our expectations. I would use her as our listing agent if we were selling again. Using a local petrie agent definitely had its benefits. Sold in under a week at a fair commission and no up front fees. Great outcome. Thanks again Kimberly.
Petrie real estate have gone above and beyond to help some nervous buyers through a purchase. Very accomodating, fantastic to work with.
We thoroughly recommend Petrie Real Estate. Kimberly and Christie have managed our rental property for a couple of years now - they are extremely thorough, friendly and most of all professional. We thank them both very much! They have taken a huge weight off our shoulders.
We had such a lovely experience buying our first home from Tanya and Kimberly at Petrie Real Estate. They made the experience personal and we felt like we mattered, rather than being a number or being pushed into something. I would highly recommend the team. Amazing service and we are so happy with our new home.
