Allison's customer service over the phone and in person was great! Thank you so much for amending the dates and letting me stay at late notice :) Overall this is a nice, relaxing motel in the suburbs with everything you need - Woolies is right down the road too! The only thing worth pointing out is a parking issue - when I came back after a day out all the parking spots were taken except for the disabled spot (I had no choice but to park there), not sure what happened there but my recommendation would be to assign each parki... read more
The worst motel that I’ve ever stayed in, I booked for 3 nights and they locked me out of my room the second night i was there for a whole night and I called them over 25 times at 1:30am and no one picked up so i had to call other hotels for a room, I had to go down to the city because of them. I went in the next morning their excuse was you might have put your card into your case (my card was in my wallet the whole time) then they said it might be the fault of the card so the switched it with another one. i was travelling f... read more
I first connected with Petrie Mill a few years back now, my go to between housesits. I remember meeting Allison and seriously convinced she owned and ran the venue. The face you first see, her hospitality and kindness and ‘nothing is ever too difficult’ positive energy just radiates! It’s no surprise Petrie Mill is a finalist and if the universe has its way, they’ll win! Thankyou for the comfort and support over the years! Best wishes!
Great room, it’s clean, new and comfy. Close to shops (Chinese shop next door was also great!) Allison was very friendly and super helpful ☺️
The motel is infested with bed bugs, has a filthy environment, and guests were loud and disrespectful. Not suitable for anyone expecting clean, decent accommodations. Do not recommend.
