Worse experience. I don’t have any regular gp nor I know how to get regular go when you’re homeless or leave on the road. Dr rego Xavier shouldn’t be a doctor. I thought a doctor make a pledge. I went to him twice as I was suspecting a immune disorder and needed help to rule out or diagnose any condition. He didn’t do anything, just saying the first appointment that it was in my head…. I have had a couple of average interactions with Dr Xavier in the past. He has seemed more interested in praising my regular GP, (who is very good, but is also very hard to see at short notice) than actually doing his job of being a doctor and listening to me. Just today I saw him at short notice with severe, sudden onset pain in my lower left abdomen. He did not physically examine me, did not even take a urine sample, just told me that if it was still painful in one week to see my regular gp to have an ultrasound ordered. I... read more
Absolutely appalled with the level of care my infant son received at this medical centre this afternoon. Dr Regi Xavier was too busy telling me I should have seen my usual practitioner (who believe me I would have rather seen but is overseas currently!) and that I should of just waited for her to return home than to listen to my actual concerns about why I was brining my child in the first place. Amazing Bulk Billing clinic, very thorough Doctors who spend enough time to listen.Pleasant reception staff, got same day appointments. Dr.Regi and Dr.Baisy, both are excellent Doctors. Bulk Billed clinic is rare now, this clinic is a blessing to the petrie community
I can not fault this medical centre. Yes you may have a little wait but your seeing a top quality doctor that is willing to bulk bill you. So rare and hard to find, honestly could not ask for better GP care for my family. Highly recommend both doctors.
