Horrible practice with horrible doctors
I cannot recommend Dr Xavier, particularly for veterans or anyone dealing with complex, ongoing symptoms.The Issues:Refusal to Test: I presented multiple times with numbness, twitching, and body aches. Dr Xavier refused to order basic blood tests (like magnesium and sodium) to rule out metabolic causes, stating he expects other doctors to do it.Poor Documentation: He failed to accurately log my complete symptoms in my medical files.Incomplete Referrals: Because his clinical notes were missing crucial details, the specialist ... read more
Been in to see Dr Xavier a few times and not even doing a blood test to check magnesium n sodium in a blood test for numbness n twitching, aches in body he expects other doctors to do it. He does not log the symptoms down in full. When u request a referral and because he has not done this he cannot give specialist the full scope of your situation. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Petrie Medical Centre has left me feeling very disappointed with the level of care provided to both myself and my children. After ongoing concerns regarding communication, support, and overall healthcare management, I made the decision to transfer our medical care to another practice. Not a good place. They initiated appointments twice without my consent. Probably for profit. Horrible, unheard of. Then I had to call up and make myself inactive.
