I am pleased to report that Petri service repair representative Greg was able to pinpoint the problem on my boiler. And get a service technician to come out the same day to make the needed repair. He also gave me a much needed informal tutorial on the various parts of my boiler as well as their function. Thank you Greg.
Mr. Butcher and his apprentice went above and beyond. They explained the repair process and were happy to answer our many questions. As do all Petri technicians, they cleaned up and removed any debris and trash. We are blessed to have Petri as our one and ONLY plumber.
Always professional, no issue is ever to big or small. The technicians respect your home and focus entirely on the task at hand. Antonio, Michael B and Chris Petri were very patient and stress free. My family has peace of mind and I continue to be impressed and grateful for Petri.
