Petrey and Newcomb have always been super nice to me and my son. I only had 2 options when I found out my son had to have braces because there are only two places that would take his medical card, a ortho in Morehead,Ky which is 45 minutes away and Petrey & Newcomb which is 2 hours away my friend recommended Petrey & Newcomb. It's 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back home, it's a really long drive but I wouldn't change it because they know what they are doing, do quality work and very friendly.
Poor experience with the provider and staff. Very rude and did not address any of the issues I had with my teeth. Once Covid started they never rescheduled my appointment for my retainers and accused me of the damages done to previous retainers I had. My teeth were not straight once my braces were removed and are even worse now. I will definitely be seeking treatment elsewhere. A waste of time and money!
I have had my braces for a little over 7 months they have done a great job but I really want them offf to see my smile and hope to get them off in couple months
