SOMERSET OFFICE!! i cannot stand the receptionist at this office she is so rude. every single time i go she is asking me to make extra payments even after i’ve called the manager and spoken to her in regards to my account. everytime i say no thank you she gets an attitude with me. also any time ive called the office here they are so rude. the techs and doctors are all amazing but the front desk ladies need to brighten up.
Had a 1pm appointment was done by 2 was told my kids retainers would be ready by 3 then told 3:30 and now its 3:55 and now they finally come back out to say that he needs to get some leftover glue off his teeth
PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars on here I would. I have never been so disrespected by a healthcare facility in my life. I had been a pt here for YEARS and was denied care here. I went in to get a new clear retainer and was told they could not do that that the only fix for me was Invisalign for 7k. They also refused me care to fix my bottom permanent retainer that was loose and not bonded to my teeth anymore because I would not buy the Invisalign from them. Desk staff not friendly, not helpful at all coordinating appointments with local dentistry. Terrible wait times, and grossly overpriced services. I recommend avoiding this place.
We go to the Corbin office. This is our 3rd visit I think... and each time there is a SUBSTANTIAL wait. The first visit was 30 minutes, same with each visit. This time our appointment was at 2 and it is 3:01 and the lady is just sitting down to begin tightening her braces. This is ridiculous. If you dare ask the desk how much longer, you get a snippy remark. Not one staff member has said: sorry for your wait. It just isn't acknowledged at all.
