Terrible doctor! Was my family doctor for over 25 years but never once advised me to start increasing my calcium intake with food, dairy or supplements. She told me to use vit D and complex B, so I did. But she should have mentioned calcium, which is very important when you are turning middle aged. Now I have full blown osteoporosis. . womdorealize
