My third job for these fine professionals. I repeat what others have said: good communication and excellent plumbing care. Wish more people were like this team.
I live in a house built in 51. The center knob in my shower that diverts water from the tub to the shower head broke. Water would not come out of the shower head when I turned the knob. I called and left a voicemail they were able to come out the next day. I had an appt in the morning. I told them I wouldn’t be back before a certain time. They still showed up and even waited which I very much appreciated. They fixed my shower and I’m very happy.
Great response, very friendly tech (Scott) and explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly. OH yeah a great price.
I highly recommend Petrack Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing services. They are absolutely fantastic! It is rare to be able to use the words "affordable" and "plumber" in the same sentence, however, that is how I would describe Petrack Plumbing. I received 3 estimates for a replacement water valve, and Petrack was the most reasonably priced. The communication was great. I highly recommend Petrack Plumbing! This was my second time using Petrack, and they are always so quick to respond and show up. Scott and Dom did a great job replacing my hot water tank, but I unfortunately had a pipe freeze and then burst in the meantime. James worked diligently to get it fixed. I wouldn't call anyone else!
