We have had Petrack Plumbing here several times over the last year and a half. I will have to say we’ve had the same service technician each time. It has been a great experience all the way around on time knowledgeable and pleasant. We would recommend recommended highly as previous business owners.
We’ve used Petrack Plumbing multiple times. The most recent issue we got quoted for $10,000 from another plumbing company, Petrack quoted us at half that. Once they finished everything was explained and James gave us great advice as to what to do next for preventative measures, just offered friendly advice and didn’t try to push anything on us. I live in a house built in 51. The center knob in my shower that diverts water from the tub to the shower head broke. Water would not come out of the shower head when I turned the knob. I called and left a voicemail they were able to come out the next day. I had an appt in the morning. I told them I wouldn’t be back before a certain time. They still showed up and even waited which I very much appreciated. They fixed my shower and I’m very happy.
