The above company came to my house to unclog a toilet and fix a flush lever. He installed a lever unlike the one that was there before and doesn't fit. I called this morning and spoke with James who explained they would have to special order a new flush lever if I wanted the same as I had before and there would be a charge. I said OK and asked him the cost to get one like I had previously? He didn't know and was unwilling to work with me. I guess they don't want or need business. We have had Petrack Plumbing here several times over the last year and a half. I will have to say we’ve had the same service technician each time. It has been a great experience all the way around on time knowledgeable and pleasant. We would recommend recommended highly as previous business owners.
We’ve used Petrack Plumbing multiple times. The most recent issue we got quoted for $10,000 from another plumbing company, Petrack quoted us at half that. Once they finished everything was explained and James gave us great advice as to what to do next for preventative measures, just offered friendly advice and didn’t try to push anything on us.
