We hired Petra outdoors in August 2024 to build a custom fire pit in our backyard that resembled a tree stump. We worked with Evan to pick the proper location and design. The work was completed in a timely manner and looked good. However, we were told there was a 1 year warranty on the firepit. Lots of promises, miserable performance. After hounding Evan for the last six months to finish the inground spa project, he has now stopped taking my calls completely. I am now looking into legal options.

I wouldn't even give Petra one star. They caused my family significant stress and financial loss. The team showed a clear lack of expertise, leaving our project incomplete and the work that was done presented serious safety concerns. We trusted Evan's assurances, and now we’re paying the price for it. Very disappointing.

Evan and crew did an outstanding job of lighting our front yard and went the extra mile and got our lamppost working and even gave it a fresh coat of paint. There was good communication, very professional, and a very easy online payment system. Thank you.
