I have used Petra Home Lending about 11 times over the past 4 years for both my primary residence purchase and several investment purchases/refinances. What you want in a lender is not a giant corporate nonsense machine that only sees the obvious. I used to use some of the giant lenders, but find that they really aren’t operating in my best interest when it shakes out.
