We purchased our home in 2020, it was delivered in May of 2021 to our home site. It sat on the foundation for 3 weeks before the contracted a/c installer brought the unit and he only did so because he was frequently called. In that time the home was subject to fluctuating temperatures and the “luxury vinyl plank” flooring began to expand and contract.
