I saw Dr. Caselnova in 2020 in the hospital after an emergency transfer from a birth center. While in the emergency room we were told by her nurses that she was not accepting any transfers tonight. Obviously my midwife was not having that and they took me in. Once on the labor and delivery floor her and all the nurses were so nasty to me. The office is very unorganized, does not return calls for days, and cannot explain anything. Almost exactly a year after after my child is born I receive an $1,100 bill from their office dating back to the delivery. I guess that is how they want to say happy first birthday to my child? My family will never use their services again. Stay away Edit 7/19/2021 they never followed up after I contacted them at the email below that they provided. Dr. Petras office is the most unorganized office. They do not return your calls. They claim they are booked over for months. Rude Rude. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT!!!
