am writing this review to warn other pet owners. I brought my dog to Pet Pals for a routine procedure. Within days, I noticed something was very wrong. He was clearly in pain, and a mass began growing outside of his skin. I took him to a vet in Burnet and was initially told to give it time, but the condition continued to worsen. I will never take my dog to Pet Pals again, and I strongly urge other pet owners to think twice before trusting them. I brought my dog in to be fixed, and what should have been a routine surgery turned into a nightmare. The procedure was done so poorly that my dog developed a massive scrotal hematoma, was bruised purple and blue, and quickly became infected. Horrible horrible place. please for the safety of you animals never go here. They gave my friends cat to someone else and when she went to pick him up tried to give her a different cat. Unacceptable behavior and you shouldn’t sacrifice the safety of your animal for the “low cost”.

Very dissatisfied with how they prioritize TNR. Contacted January 5th, was pushed all the way till March 29th. My cats are now pregnant.

Best deal on a spay/neuter. So helpful, friendly, and qualified. Taken all 6 of my dogs and my cat there.
