Purchased a new 5thwheel brake controller and install at this facility. The wire nuts they used came off and I lost my trailer brakes. Had to bring truck into Charlevoix t chevy dealership to fix which they did. This brake controller cost be almost $500 to get working correctly including the controller price and labor at both places. Not good!!!
My experience with Petoskey RV and Cliff has been 5 stars all the way. I bought a Cherokee Grey Wolf and couldn't be happier with their service and helpfulness!
So just bought a 2026 wolf pup travel trailer. The staff there was the best, I can't say enough about the entire staff from the owner to the service department. Class act people. They literally bent over backwards for us. If anyone wants a great trailer go to them I fully 100% recommend. Don't deal with these other crappy RV dealers and head to Petosky. This place is a ons stop shop. Thank you the full crew of RV USA cliff please keep doing an amazing job. When I buy another they are the only dealer I will go to.
