So just bought a 2026 wolf pup travel trailer. The staff there was the best, I can't say enough about the entire staff from the owner to the service department. Class act people. They literally bent over backwards for us. If anyone wants a great trailer go to them I fully 100% recommend. Don't deal with these other crappy RV dealers and head to Petosky. This place is a ons stop shop. Thank you the full crew of RV USA cliff please keep doing an amazing job. When I buy another they are the only dealer I will go to.
They didn't have the part I needed, seemed like they don't want to help the DIY'er, they wanted us to bring our camper in for them to fix it.

Called the dealership, left a message, received a call back from Cliff within 30 minutes…he answered all my questions in detail and verified he had the car hauler in stock! 2 hours later (drive time) I meet Scott whom verified torq on lug nuts, shovel the snow off the trailer and checked air pressure! Hands down! Best experience ever! So amazing to meet so many quality people in the same place!! Thank you all for the excellent service!
