Wonderful family doctor’s office with caring providers and friendly staff. Everyone is professional, attentive, and genuinely concerned about their patients well-being. I have always received excellent care here, and I highly recommend this practice.
A receptionist was very rude. I went back today to make sure somthing got faxed and to see if I could get my original copy back. She was more or less annoyed by this.
I’m writing to share a concern about an experience my aunt had at your office this afternoon while she was there as a patient. During her visit, she overheard staff members speaking negatively about other staff. This made her feel very uncomfortable. A medical office should be a place where patients feel at ease and confident in the professionalism of the team caring for them.
