There are not enough words to describe how disappointed and betrayed my family feels towards this facility and staff especially after bringing our dog here for nearly 16 years. Long story short, our dog who has an advanced cardiac disease dislocated her leg and our vet advised us to go to a hospital for surgery. We went to one of the recommended hospitals, Schwarzman AMC where they kept our dog for 5 days in the ICU due to the complex state she was in and the risks of surgery.
