The team of Dr. Brechbiel and Samantha were extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with our lab, Charlie. We brought her in with very scary symptoms and they were able to run all tests at the facility to diagnose and come up with a plan of action. We left there with the meds we needed and just as important, the reassurance. This was our second time there…so glad to have them in Edgewater. Thank you!
The staff were very friendly and attentive. They took care of me and my pup. There was no wait time, easy to make an appointment online and once you arrived they sit you right in.
The experience was excellent! I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and the team already had a room ready for us. Staff evaluated my dog within minutes, and texted a quote for services and approximate cost - this was extremely efficient! I was able to approve the quote and pay from the room. They said I could grab a bite to eat while they stitched up my dog - which took them less than 30 minutes. We brought our dog Brutus to PetMedic due to skin related issues and both the doctor and nurse were very kind and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to answer all of the questions we had and ensure that we knew the plan going forward to give our dog extra special care. The location was very nice and clean. Each time I’ve been there they had availability and cleaned the rooms very well prior to our getting there. Highly recommend PetMedic in Edgewater.
