We received exceptional, comprehensive care from the entire team at PetMedic Freeport. Dr. Marini was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and I felt confident that my cat was in the best hands throughout our visit and her surgery. A special shoutout to Janelle, who truly was a bright light during a stressful situation. Her kindness and genuine compassion made all the difference.
This place is awesome to take your pet, I took my pup there for a couple years then he got hit by a car and they were so helpful the box i received with my pup in it was amazing thank you guys so much for the love

Nice place to bring your sick fuzzy babies, caring staff, I feel blessed to find them. They were able to help my dog quickly, and professionally!
Today, my regular Vet didn't have appointments. My pooch was neutered (6) days ago. His stiches popped and he was oozy with an infection. The staff promptly opened an appointment for me w/i (1 1/2) hours of opening. Upon arrival, I was checked in immediately and saw a Med Tech w/i minutes. The Vet saw me w/i (10) minutes. My pooch received his meds, antibiotics, a cleaning of his infection, and the cone of shame. ;) The staff is prompt, kind and definitely animal lovers!
