This place was great. My Boston Terrier got a scratch on his eye from a cat and Dr Crouch was so amazing with him- he was nervous and he got right down on the floor with him and helped him feel more comfortable- I wish they were a primary vet facility. Unfortunately we have to go back today to have it checked again as it doesn't seem to be getting better but I was able to make a same day appt and am comfortable bringing him there
The staff and veterinarians here have gone above and beyond to help my Aussie with his tooth issue. This type of care and attentiveness we don’t even receive from his primary vet. I would recommend them to anyone having an issue with their animal, they are kind and caring and want the best for your pets. Thank you petmedic for going above and beyond to deliver rockstar care. Wish we could just see you guys all the time!
PetMedic has an incredibly compassionate, accommodating, and kind team of both techs and vets. I've seen three different vets here for my cat for a variety of urgent issues over the past year, and every time I've been impressed with their quality of care and attentiveness. All of their team is very thorough with communication and transparency, which I really appreciate in particular.
Staff were very friendly and informative. They took good care of my baby who was not feeling good. They were good to him and kept me well informed as to what was going on. I would definitely go there again if needed.
