I can’t thank you enough for seeing Buddy Jackson this afternoon. From the front desk Winter Nurse Marie and Dr Kathryn. All of you put us at ease, listened to our concerns and took such good care of our little guy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
An amazing place to take your pets! We have received great care here across multiple visits. Everyone we interact with is kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. They were great with my cat, and gave clear discharge instructions, ensuring that we understood next steps. The team followed up post-visit to check in as well. I’ve never seen our boy more comfortable at a vet visit. I can’t emphasize enough how much I would recommend them for your urgent care needs; an amazing team that goes above and beyond.
The staff at PetMedic were fantastic with our new pup. We were able to get a last-minute appointment here on a weekend. The facility is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. The vet and vet tech were amazing with our dog, transparent with pricing before providing any services/tests, and the vet gave us very clear and comprehensive advice. They also checked in the next day to see how she was feeling and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!
They saw my cat very quickly, answered all my questions, and even pointed out some other issues for me to bring up with my primary vet. The waiting areas are clean and spacious and they play relaxing music.
