By far the best vet experience I’ve had. I’ve told everyone I know to take their pets to PetMedic if they need veterinary services. Highly recommend.
My dog had a concerning issue and I was able to get a same-day appointment on New Year's Eve. Max, Jocelyn, Dr. Thay, and the rest of the staff (sorry I didn't catch all the names!) were absolutely phenomenal from start (when my dog peed on the scale during weigh-in) to finish (when they watched my sedated pup for me while I ran to the garage to get my car curbside). I cannot say enough good things about Pet Medic Urgent Care and Dr. Thay. Dr. Thay and the entire team have provided excellent care for my cat. He developed an aural hematoma, and they performed a procedure two weeks ago, followed by attentive and thorough follow-up visits. At our first appointment, everyone was so gentle and kind with my baby.
