Nothing short of AMAZING! I took my reserved senior girl there for the first time. They made a cat who is usually shy and loves her space feel warm and receptive to the unfamiliar surroundings. From the front desk to Dr. Thay, Lady was so well cared for. Her comfort and care meant the world to my family, so much that my entire household was there.
