First time at PetMedic in Burlington . What a nice place the staff was warm and friendly. It was very clean , they got us in and out . So convenient they are open 7 days a week . Today is Sunday and I was relieved they were open . Great alternative to your animals normal vet .
This place is absolutely wonderful! Jenna was so good with my dog Callie and she was comfortable with everyone there. Usually Callie hides under my chair but not at this place, they take the time to care for our pets needs! We went in with a simple ear infection I knew we needed meds and they took the time to look deeper and see the underlying issue was actually cysts in the inner ear. I was shocked I had no idea! The best Vet experience I've had for my pup Jovie. Staff are super friendly and supportive, the doctor was awesome and the care quality is amazing overall. Thank you PetMedic UC staff for caring and loving our pets as if they are yours. ❤️ much appreciation.
Brought my boerboel in with a very large foot. The kindness and care they showed him/us was second to none. The entire office was extremely clean too. I highly recommend the office and Dr. Valiant! Thank you so much!!
