Amazing experience at this wonderful place. They were all so kind to me and my dog.
Petmedic was great! I didn't have much time today and my normal vet recommended them for urgent visits. I’m glad they did! My kitten eyes were bothering her and I was told not to wait, I Called 15mins before as I was on the way, they took information over the phone, when I got there they brought me right into a room very efficient. Dr. Playso and Jenna are both great, very informative, and caring!
I took my little Yorkie Brody in because he was clearly having increasingly serious issues and was not doing well. From the moment we walked in, the staff and Doctor were very attentive and supportive. After doing several tests and having multiple conversations with Dr. Christina Valiant, and CVT Lisa, it was clear that this was now an end of life situation. I wish this clinic could be our regular vet!! I brought my 11 week puppy in for weird looking stools and not eating/drinking. We had just gotten him less than 48hr prior and had not yet seen our regular vet. It was a weekend day, of course, and PetMedic had appts available. They were INCREDIBLE!! Gabby is the absolute sweetest nurse, so loving to my puppy and reassuring to me. She showed me how to administer meds. Dr Valiant is also INCREDIBLE!! Dr.Fish and his team Lisa and Sierra were all an absolute pleasure as well as just overall incredible to work with. They were extremely! cost friendly and felt more like a support system during and after my cats surgery than any other vet I have been to. The surgery needed was performed beyond expectations, and I would recommend this clinic to any one needing a simple check up to a surgery! Which is hard to find a reliable place that does both! So very happy with the outcome overall from everyone included.
