I would have to say the first time that we came to this place it was not in a very good situation. We had to put her dog down, but they were so personable and so caring throughout the whole process. The attentiveness from all of the staff there was just amazing!! My normal emergency vet number wasn’t answering my phone call on a Sunday and I called them right up and they were able to answer my question and give me some peace of mind!!! LOVE THIS PLACE AND STAFF!
My vet closed at 5 so thankful I was able to get in on off hours on a saturday. My dog was having an allergic reaction to something and they were able to get us right in. Price was reasonable the location was easy to find, clean and modern.
It was time for end of life care for our beloved pet Sam. From the moment I walked thru the door I was treated with kindness and compassion. Lauren and Dr. Giguere ensured that I understood the process and had time to start the grieving process. They both were confidently gentle, as if they were caring for their own pet. Your kindness is what was needed most and I want to thank you. Hugs
Quick and professional service and the bill was much less than a typical animal emergency hospital visit.
