Amazing Doctors, quick, fast, friendly and prices very good.
We brought our dog here when she was sick, and from start to finish the staff was extremely kind and great to work with! The office itself is very comfortable between the complementary snacks and zen sound machines. They provided my dog with excellent care, and followed up the next day to make sure she was still doing okay. Would 100% return to this office if my dog gets sick again!
My beloved 10yo cat stopped eating or drinking and was completely lethargic. The Freeport PetMedic got into the doctor the day I called and they were wonderful. Warm, empathetic and yet very professional. The doctor explained her concerns, got him tested and sent us home with a well explain plan of care. That was Friday, today, Monday he is much better!!! We are so grateful!
