Brought in my male siamese who had been having some medical issues. I booked the appointment the same day. They got us in right away. Everything from check-in, too in room visit, and checkout was great. Everyone was super compassionate with the tough decision we had to make. I'd come here again in the future. Update 4/6/25: we received a beautiful sympathy card from the team at PetMedic in Westborough with some flower seeds. This has to be the most thoughtful idea. Thank you all!

my pup broke her nail down to the quick on a saturday when our regular vet was closed, and we were so thankful that petmedic was close by. they were fast, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate with her treatment and the facility was very nice. highly recommend if your pet is in need of after hours or urgent vet care.
I recently visited PetMedic with my cat, Luna. I knew she was failing, and they took her immediately (my regular vet, unfortunately, was booked solid with surgeries but suggested we go here). Everyone was incredibly compassionate and sensitive to how sad we felt and made us feel comfortable with our decision to euthanize our cat. The veterinarian was so calm and supportive and really treated us and our beloved kitty with kindness, empathy and respect. The vet tech, front desk, and doc were so fast and nice! They explained everything super well and were super sweet to our dog Daisy. Thank you Dr. H and team we are relived to have gotten help! Edit: 03/20/25 Unfortunately we had to come back for another visit and they took care of my little Daisy after some complications after being spayed.
