Eight rescue dogs, 6 cats & I've never been this impressed. Not in LA, NYC, TX, WA, Cambridge, Somerville or Belmont MA. The intake Vet Assistant was clear & empathetic. I live in Maine and unfortunately there were no veterinarian dermatologists in the area. My dog was in serious need of a dermatologist. I found Dr.McKinney and her staff ,Michaela, Mike and Gabby to be outstanding. They did everything in their power to help my dog with her skin issue. She is so much better and I owe my thanks and gratitude. Fortunately, a dermatologist has been hired an hour away from me versus the 3 hours I drove every 6weeks.
