They were very helpful here. Far better experience than the last time I was at the Henderson store.
Worst pet store ever!!! All their animals are in unclean cages, an I mean EVERY TYPE!! We bought a hamster it was dead within 6 days despite all the fancy food, vitamins etc. when we called the girl on the phone was super kind about the situation, when we went back into get another ( THE OWNER) and his employee were so unhelpful the girl told us “ well that’s hamsters “ and that they die every week! & then owners basically agrees and said that we can pick another, well there weren’t any left and when my husband asked when th... read more
Honestly hope they lower their prices it’s ridiculous to be charging the amount they do without providing accurate vet information. The puppies look so unkept and unhappy it’s heartbreaking and disgusting to see how they are taken care of. I rather have them shut down and the puppies given to a lovable family if they can’t even have a reasonable price or take good care of them. 0 stars if I could.
