**NEW UPDATE** Still getting charged from the finance company. Even though warranty company stated in emails received that the payment will be waived. Would love some support with this issue please and thank you. **UPDATE** Contacted the warranty company and and submitted all documents and they waived the financing for our puppy also out of their own goodwill they sent compensation for our vet bill, I appreciate them helping us in this stressful and unfortunate matter and has restored some trust into Petland Frisco. Just be prepared to take you dog to the vet for the next 2 weeks because they will have respiratory issues and at least 2 parasites. They do provide 14 days insurance with ur purchase of pet, my husband spent 1,900 down payment on my Yorkie and we're having to drive from mesquite to Plano for the vet for a about week and half because she came with 2 parsites and respiratory issues. I got a cockatiel from Petland and I love her/him so, so much. She's still getting used to me, but she's a very sassy, hissy bird. I understand why that might be. Before, the lids on top of the bird cages used to be open, and I would be able to put my hand inside and get a bird to perch on my finger, even on my shoulder, with no biting or anything. I think this is because the birds were more used to hands and fingers. Now, since the City of Frisco required them to close the tops, the birds seem more afraid of hands. It's goi... read more

Arthi at Petland was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about the puppies and wants to make sure they go to loving homes. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the experience so much easier and enjoyable.
