Great Place, wonderful pups. I bought a Beagle puppy "Max" from Petland Batavia and it is the best puppy I have ever owned. The owner was very helpful and was even able to provide photos of the puppy's parents and the rest of the litter. The owners are very involved and the puppies are all very well loved and cared for. Every time I go back to the store Max runs right up to the owner for hugs and kisses.
used to work there I used to work at petland in naperville.they didnt have no problems back three years ago.so i dont know what happend.maybe they just releasedthe store to two college kids that had alot of money and now thay want to go cheap.
Very Bad Experience I strongly suggest not buying anything from this store. We bought a puppy from the Batavia Petland in 2008. A few days after taking it home, we had to rush it to an emergency vet and we were told it was sick with pneumonia. They vet said that the puppy had to have been sold to us sick. All of our calls and attempts to talk to managers went ignored for months. When they finally did respond they blamed us for the dogs sickness and refused to accept full responsibility.
