I bought an expensive dog for here. I was given a large packet of guarantee with her including all the things that Petland covers expenses for if I take her to their assigned vet within 3 days. It was determined by the vet that she had ear mites and also a bacterial infection. The vet said I had to pay upfront and then file a claim for reimbursement which I thought was wrong since this was the vet Petland told me to go to.
