Petitt is awesome. From the initial estimate I had with Logan, to the install with Nathan. They were very thorough. We felt more as a person and not just a number. The job performed was more of the standard we used to receive with those who value the work that they do. I was dreading every moment in having to choose a HVAC company to do an install with a perception in today’s world that everyone gets in and out to receive a paycheck then we deal with the problems later. Very speedy, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future if we need HVAC work. Jock was a great technician and explained everything he was doing and did to get our HVAC back in working condition!
Jock was wonderful to work with. He was extremely thorough with our HVAC maintenance and did an excellent job at explaining everything. Pettit has been great with communication and very prompt with any concerns. Cannot recommend this company enough.
