This heating and air-conditioning company installed a new unit at a rental property I own. Installation was extensive and tedious. The replacement unit came with a year warranty and was exceptional in preventive maintenance for one year. Now, here's the kicker. I have used Petitt on a few different occasions now for my HVAC and crawlspace needs, most recently having them install a sump pump and dehumidifier in my crawl space as I had a major problem with water and moisture.
