Poor customer service, wouldn’t return calls or emails.
They were unable to process and online order and have not been timely about proving a refund
I placed an online order for a car seat. The website clearly stated that it was a discontinued pattern and that it would be a final purchase with no returns. Under those circumstances I think many companies would have taken my money and filled the order. I was extremely impressed that this store is much more concerned about baby safety and me being a satisfied customer, than with making money.
