Very rude owner! I brought my 3 mo. old puppy in for his first grooming. He was yelled at for wanting out of a cage. She yelled repeatedly for him to shut up. She even zapped him for crying and scratching at the cage. She had no compassin or kindness at all towards my puppy. I took my puppy and left without being groomed by her. My dog will never go back. One star is too many for this groomer!
The moment the dogs were brought in the shop the owner Linda seemed to hate her job as well as the rest of the world. When the dogs walked in she let out an enormous sigh, and anytime background information over the dogs was being given to her she blatantly ignored it or brushed it off. The owner of the dog salon kept yelling at the dogs to shut up, actions quite surprising from a supposed animal lover. I have been bringing both of my chihuahuas there since they opened. Linda always does a great job with them. Linda has always been friendly and even cut my big dogs nails when she needed it. She's great with my little ones!
Linda should not be in business, rude,I would never go back again,price we t up 20 dollars and did not tell me,and awful hair cut
