We booked a room for our daughter for her birthday. The location is superb, walk to everything in Yountville. Had a little bit of a “hiccup” in that there was a power outage. (It was unplanned and had nothing to do with the hotel.) Hotel was very communicative, offered full refund if we chose to cancel and was just refreshingly so accommodating to whatever was best for our daughter. We stayed in this quant but beautiful hotel for a wedding across the street at the Estate. KT was awesome to communicate with and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and nice. The location is extremely walkable and the shaded patio in front of each room was relaxing. Can’t recommend it more.

Location can’t be beat. Right next door to Bouchon Bakery. Room was large, clean, and lovely. Communication from staff was great.

We discovered this little gem on a recent visit to Napa—loved it! Quaint, comfortable, clean and excellent responsive service for our many questions prior to arrival and during stay. We arrived on a busy holiday Saturday and as we drove into town were wondering where we’d park and were grateful to discover they had a private parking lot on site. The grounds were well landscaped, including a cute paved courtyard with gate leading out to main road and a little grassy yard lined with hedges that create the perfect little oasis.... read more
