Petit Logis is an absolute gem in the heart of Yountville! The location couldn’t be more perfect; centrally located and within walking distance to all the best restaurants in town. Parking was abundant, which made coming and going so easy. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly maintained. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional hospitality. I want to start off by saying the customer service here is completely unprofessional. I am not from here but was going to be traveling and thought this would be a great place to stay. The lady that works here is rude and unprofessional she deserves to get fired with how she treats people. I left due to feeling uncomfortable and her creating a hostile environment. Called yesterday I was trying to book a room for the next weekend. I was asking a couple questions and the woman on the phone told me she did not have time for this and that I was wasting her time. I was just trying to research the best place to stay since this is my first time staying in Yountville. Now I know I should not be going there she was so rude. Absolutely wonderful! The room and location were perfect but what really made the experience was how welcoming the owners are. KT went out of her way to make sure we had a relaxing visit. We look forward to coming back!
